Winter is getting closer, and I was wondering if any of you ride in the winter and if so, if you have any suggestions on good riding gear for the winter. I've put 5000 miles on my new savage since june, and I have no intention of letting it sit in the garage all winter (plus it's so good on gas, I can't afford not to ride it to work every day)I was thinking about buying a ski suit or body suit because they can usually be found much cheaper than motorcycle specific winter suits. I live in north central Florida, so the coldest it will probably get is around 20 degrees.
